Ours is a truly international business, which pools the talents and perspectives of people from different countries and cultures, from all over the world. A diverse, global market naturally creates a highly stimulating mentality. But even so, we don’t believe the issue of diversity can simply be left to chance.
Diversity is inherent in our global operation – you might be surprised by the number of national languages spoken throughout our offices. In a changing world, a healthy business model thrives on bringing new and different ways of thinking into the mainstream. Consequently, we’re currently looking very closely at ways in which we can expand the range of diversity in our workplace.
We’re now working hard to further harness information about the diversity profile of our people globally. Within the UK, we’ve also responded to the introduction of Civil Partnerships by ensuring that partners in a same-sex relationship now have equal benefit rights to those enjoyed by heterosexual couples.
