At Man we also recruit graduates straight into a wide range of direct-entry graduate roles that regularly become available.
There are many reasons why these roles arise – business growth and promotion, to name but two – and we take on between 20 and 30 graduates in this way every year, across key business areas.

We recruit on a temporary, fixed-term contract or permanent basis. Most direct entry roles are 100% ‘real jobs’ from day one, and offer the chance to make a real contribution at the earliest stage. Wherever possible, you will receive every encouragement in developing your talent and broadening your experience by moving between different roles and locations.
