Who we look for
We recruit direct-entry graduates both straight from university and with up to 18 months’ work experience. Generally, we’ll be interested in you if you can bring us the following skills, qualifications and attributes:
- a good degree in a numerate degree discipline
- an active interest in the financial markets
- a self-managed, intuitive and pro-active approach
- a team-focused mentality
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
