Who we look for
We are looking for applicants with a strong interest in finance and current affairs who are keen to complete this exciting scheme to prepare themselves for a career in the Alternative Investment industry.
We will be interested in talking to you if you can bring us the following skills, qualifications and attributes:
- a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline (for the UK) or any Masters/Bachelor degree in Finance/Business related subject (for Switzerland)
- a demonstrable active interest in the financial markets
- a self-managed, intuitive and pro-active approach
- a team-oriented mentality
- excellent English (both written and verbal) communication skills
- an entrepreneurial mindset.
Candidates should note that this programme is focused on business and operational functions and is not a trading / investment management programme.
Finance Programme
- degree with minimum 2.1 achieved or expected
- 280 UCAS points (or equivalent)
- numerically literate
- ideally an appropriate internship
- strong interest in developing a career in a Finance function
- commercial awareness
- confidence to challenge existing practices in a structured way
