Our goal is to provide a combination of a tailored and on-the-job training in order to give graduates a detailed overview of the alternative investment industry.

In addition we have an Educational Assistance Programme which is designed to support employees with approved courses of study. This covers external courses that provide the individual with a professional qualification on completion of the course, e.g. CFA, IMC, CAIA etc. Those graduates in the Finance Programme will study towards a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy) qualification.
