Who we look for
To apply for the Internship programme, you must be in your penultimate year of study, or be studying towards a postgraduate qualification. We will be interested in talking to you if you can bring us the following skills, qualifications and attributes:
- a strong academic background, including a minimum of 300 UCAS points and a predicted 2:1 in a numerate or business-related discipline
- a self-managed, intuitive and pro-active approach
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to learn
- a team-focused mentality
- an entrepreneurial mindset
- an active interest in the financial markets.
