I love working with lots of different people, which is why Man was the perfect choice when looking to start my career. Seeing the whole business through the different roles on the programme means you’re always learning from new people and they’re always willing to help and support you.

Alongside this, it’s a great culture. You’re really encouraged to do well and there’s no limits put on your success. It’s been a bit daunting at times, working alongside such highly technical and talented people and you need to be able to adapt quickly to changing situations, but I love the challenge and really feel in control of my career.

I’m currently working at RMF creating a Manager Information Dashboard. Put simply, it measures due diligence data within our systems. Before this I worked within Business Intelligence in London and before that I had a couple of different roles in Technology helping to create financial tracking systems and getting really stuck into some serious software.

It all adds up to learning some great skills – not just in technology but also about working within the City and business as a whole. And, as I mentioned before, gaining this knowledge from people who really understand, and enjoy, what they’re doing.
