I joined Man in August 2006 on the rotational programme after my parents knew a couple of people that worked here and recommended Man to me. Since then I haven’t stopped, spending time in the Admin Team then Marketing and Product Management before ending up in my latest department, Sales.

It’s only my first week here but already I’ve had exposure to clients and been attending various meetings with them. As in all the departments, everyone’s really helpful and open. I’ve improved in a lot of ways, including my planning and communication skills, whilst my English is really coming along.

At the moment I work two days a week and attend business school for the other two. But, with the responsibility I’m given on certain projects I feel I’m learning all week long. As long as you have a passion for what you do and can be flexible, you’ll feel the same.

I really enjoy working at Man. The people are great, it’s non-hierarchical and I feel really at home. And, of course, I have a great view of the lake from my office!
