Your competitive Total Compensation Package includes your annual salary, benefits and an annual discretionary bonus. The bonus will depend upon yours and the company’s performance, as well as the performance of your own business area. In addition, key contributors and senior employees are invited to participate in the company equity and fund product plans, enabling these employees to share directly in the success of the company and our investor products. While other benefits differ slightly from location to location, these generally include: medical cover, life and sickness insurance and retirement plans.
