Tom – I walk through the heart of London every day on my way to work.
Marita – I flew to Switzerland on the very first day of my job.
Alex – The best way of learning this industry is the experience of others. And there’s no lack of exposure here.
Tim – I get to use all the skills I learned at university.
Mathias
– I produced my own risk tool that I presented to all the managers of
my company. The responsibility, the risk and the reward are mine to own.
Ryan
– I’ve presented in front of senior Man employees in Switzerland. I
have independence and responsibility far beyond other graduate posts.
Carolin – Because there are only a few of us, we can make an impact and feel the appreciation when our work goes well.
Kanika – My work is so challenging that it requires a lot of thought. Being proactive is an absolute must.
Stuart
– During my first rotation I was given an opportunity to write an
article for the MI magazine which is distributed to clients and
employees of Man Group. I feel valued that the company gives you
backing and allows you to contribute from an early stage.
Conor – I have flexible and relatively friendly hours. Everyone here understands that recreation
time is valuable.
